Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 16, 2026
Last updated: October 20, 2026

1. Who we are

Pevra (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and operates the Pevra iOS app. Pevra is a wardrobe and prop wear log, packing checklist, and reuse review tool for themed-party enthusiasts. Use of the app is also subject to our User Agreement.

If you have questions about this policy, contact us at Pevra@gmail.com.

2. Scope

This policy covers features in the Pevra iOS app such as wardrobe logs, event cards, packing lists, wear reviews, reuse comparisons, on-device stats, and coin in-app purchases. This page is a static informational site and does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising trackers, or external resources. How the app itself handles data is described below.

3. Information we process

Pevra is designed local-first. Journal content you create in the app is stored on your device by default and is not uploaded to our servers. To open a local session and load configuration, the app also sends limited technical identifiers to our own backend, as described below.

Category and examplesSourcePurposeRetention
Journal content: event themes, dress codes, venue notes, clothing and prop lists, packing status, prep time, wear and repair recordsEntered or saved by you in the appBuild your journal, reuse comparisons, and repair to-dosKept on device until you delete the entry or clear data
Media you choose: clothing and prop photos, cover images, voice notesCaptured or selected after you grant Camera, Photos, or Microphone accessAttach detail to items or eventsSaved items until you delete them; unsaved captures are discarded when you leave the flow
Local session profile: nickname, avatar choice, and a session flag that you have agreed to the policiesSet by you after agreeing on the first-run screen; stored on this devicePersonalize the journal UI and remember that you completed the local setup gateUntil you end the session, delete the local profile, clear journal data, or uninstall
Guest device identifier (deviceNo): a random UUID created on deviceGenerated and stored in the Keychain and on-device storage when first neededIdentify this installation to our backend for configuration, feature flags, coin catalog, and optional purchase verification—not to create a password or social accountRemains on device until you clear app data or uninstall; related server-side operational records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes
App metadata: app version and application identifier (appId)Read from the installed appRoute requests to the correct app configuration and diagnose compatibilitySent with backend requests; not used to build a marketing profile
Purchase and coin records: Apple transaction identifiers, purchase status, coin balance and ledgerPurchase results from Apple; balance changes recorded on deviceGrant coins, prevent duplicate grants, and keep necessary recordsBalance until you clear data; transaction records up to 7 years where required by law
Support email: your address and message contentEmail you send to usRespond to and document your requestUp to 24 months after the issue is resolved

We do not collect bank card numbers, Apple ID passwords, contacts, precise location, or browsing history. We do not access your entire photo library—only content you explicitly import is added to Pevra. Pevra does not offer password signup, email login, or social-network accounts.

4. Where data is stored

Before you use the journal, the app shows a first-run gate: you must agree to this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, then tap Continue. That starts a local session on this iPhone (nickname and avatar setup follow). Ending the session returns you to that gate; wardrobe, events, and coins remain on the device unless you delete them.

Your event cards, wardrobe items, photos, voice notes, coin balance, and spend ledger are stored as files on your device. Uninstalling the app, deleting the local profile, or using “Clear local journal” deletes this journal data permanently.

Separately, the guest device identifier, app version, and app identifier are sent to our own backend when the app opens a session or loads remote configuration. Journal photos and entry text are not uploaded as part of that call.

The app offers “Export JSON backup” and “Import JSON backup.” Whether you export, and where you save or share the file, is entirely up to you; we cannot access content you export or share.

5. How we use information

6. Camera, Photos, and Microphone

Camera, Photos, and Microphone access are used only to add content to clothing items, event covers, and wear notes. All of these permissions are optional: core flows such as creating events, packing, reviewing, and exporting still work if you decline. You can review or change these permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

7. Coins and in-app purchases

Pevra offers one-time, consumable coins through Apple In-App Purchase. Coins unlock productivity benefits such as exporting packing/repair/reuse lists, deep reuse comparison, extra reuse plan slots and photo slots, and local theme packs. Coins are not real currency and have no cash value. Payment details are handled by Apple under its policies; we only receive transaction identifiers, purchase results, and coin grant information—not your card number or Apple ID password.

8. Tracking and advertising

Pevra does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, does not use the advertising identifier, and does not share your information with ad networks. The current version does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. We do not sell your personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Retention and deletion

Journal content, media, coin balance, and ledger entries stay on your device until you delete the related items, use “Clear local journal,” or uninstall the app. Deletion is permanent. Transaction records are kept only when accounting or tax law requires it, for no longer than 7 years; otherwise they are removed after refund or dispute periods end.

10. Your rights

Because data is stored on your device by default, you can view, edit, and delete your content directly: edit or delete any entry in the app, or clear all local data under Data Management. You may also revoke Camera, Photos, Microphone, or notification permissions in iOS Settings; revocation does not affect processing already completed lawfully.

For access, correction, deletion, portability, or other personal-data requests, email Pevra@gmail.com. After verifying your identity, we aim to respond within 30 days (or longer if required by applicable law).

11. Security

We rely on data minimization, on-device storage, and system permission controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure. We recommend a device lock and careful handling of any exported backup files.

12. Children’s privacy

Pevra is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn such data exists, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us at the email above.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, we will try to notify you in the app before they take effect. If a new use requires your consent, we will ask before starting.
